my new best friend

I have always loved camping.  My husband of 15 yrs. used that to convince me to marry him, but alas, he likes staying home more than anything.  So here I am turning 50 and look what he finds me.  now I can do what I've always wanted.  All I have to do is practice diving with it and backing it up.  If anyone else loves camping let me know and we'll set out on an adventure.

Just planted some greens in the herb garden.  My herbs have all dried up with the drought.  Now I guess I need to start watering in my spare time.  Hmm, when is that?

It's official for me!  With me picking pecans for something tasty and Randy breaking ground for winter grass, Fall  has finally showed up.  The cooler weather is so nice.  Now all we need is a good rain to help everything grow.

Am I the only woman around who lives in a mobile home, but longs for an old fashioned house with a picket fence?  Surely there is someone else who loves the country life, but has to go to work all day and leave it all behind.
