I Don't have the Heart

On our little corner of the world we have turkeys.  Yes, real turkeys.  The tom is the pretty one with the fluffy tail.  Isn't he grand?  When we got them I swore they would save us from buying one everyone year.  Was I wrong.  I feel like the characters in some of our classroom stories as I watch them gobble around while their store bought cousin bastes merrily in the oven.  Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!!

catching up

It's another gloomy weekend in Central Louisiana so I guess I should try to get caught up on a few things.  School has kept me pretty busy so I have run low on cleaners, so I got the supplies I need to make my stash of homemade cleaners.  It's economical, environmentally friendly and don't smell bad.  Do you make your own or buy it?  If you make your own I would love to knwo what you do!!

One thing I Love about this Weather

One of my FAVORITE things is hanging bedclothes on the line.  They feel and smell so good when you climb under them.  Do you hang yours out?  

Tupperware has Come a Long Way

Hello again

WOW!!! Time flies when your busy.  haha I didn't realize how crazy my life had gotten until I decided I needed a BIG change.  I was teaching Kindergarten in town with a lot of stress from administration.  It seemed I never did enough.
So I made a change.  I love my new school and lost track of time.  So here I am again.  I have loved stalking all the wonderful blogs and site that are full of everyones ideas.  I just wish I had fa place to use them. Maybe that will be my next big change.  At my age I better hurry up.
When I found the previous pamplet of floor plans this one was my second favorite.
